Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected situations can occur, resulting in the need to reschedule appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 7 days notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 7 days will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the deposit paid for your appointment.

• Not attending your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a cancellation fee. This fee will be charged the next time you book and will be equal to the total cost of your missed appointment.  

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for a service under 2 hours, we will not be able to accommodate you. In this case, it will be treated as a no show. For any service greater than 2 hours, we should be able to go ahead with your appointment however no additional time will be afforded to you to make up for your lateness.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we may be able to apply your cancellation fee to future services.
