What you are booking
Your day begins at the WowGals studio with a full head-to-toe feminisation makeover – including hair, makeup, and clothes. Together, we’ll style the perfect daytime outfit that makes you feel confident, gorgeous, and ready to take on the city. Once you’re all glammed up, we’ll jump in a quick Uber and head into central Manchester for a shopping trip to remember. We can browse your favourite high street stores or head straight to the luxury floors of Selfridges, where you’ll feel right at home trying perfumes, admiring designer fashion, or even picking out a little treat for yourself. There’s usually time for a coffee and cake break, whether you fancy people-watching from a chic café or relaxing with something sweet before carrying on. If you’d like, we can take a few candid snaps while we’re out to document your day – but only if that feels right for you. Afterwards, we’ll return to the WowGals studio for a few more pictures (if time allows), and from there you’re free to leave whenever you’re ready – hopefully feeling amazing and uplifted by your day. ✨ Please note: Shopping expenses and refreshments are not included in the price of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected situations can occur, resulting in the need to reschedule appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 7 days notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 7 days will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the deposit paid for your appointment. Not attending your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a cancellation fee. This fee will be charged the next time you book and will be equal to the total cost of your missed appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a service under 2 hours, we will not be able to accommodate you. In this case, it will be treated as a no show. For any service greater than 2 hours, we should be able to go ahead with your appointment however no additional time will be afforded to you to make up for your lateness. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we may be able to apply your cancellation fee to future services. ANY inappropriate conversation before, during or after your appointment, including but not limited to sexual inappropriateness and bigotry, may result in your appointment being canceled and a ban from using WowGal service. No refund will be offered. ZERO Tolerance on sexual misconduct!!
